Multiple hitmaking Kenyan singer-rapper Nyashinski is back from a break from releases, with a new feel-good record titled ‘Good to Me.’
The mellow, midtempo track has a catchy feel to it and is typical Nyashinski in its lyrical, thought-provoking nature. The video is a mastermind of one Africa’s most renowned video directors, Justin Campos, who has directed videos for other huge stars like Vanessa Mdee, Zuchu, Davido and Diamond to name but a few.
‘Good’ to Me’ appears to be a self-love anthem and sees Nyanshiski accentuate that message by use of a stunt double in the different scenes in the video. “Promise me you’ll be good to me. And I promise you I’ll be good..” He sings in the hook.
A fortnight ago, Nyashinski released ‘Beautiful,’ ending his 8-month break of no releases.
