On Friday, September 9, Meta hosted creators at an exclusive brunch aimed at celebrating Instagram and Facebook creators.
During this exclusive brunch, which was hosted by regional representatives from Instagram and its parent company Meta, creators were treated to an engaging session of great conversations, as well as insightful tips to help unlock the full potential of their Instagram experience.
The event held at The Social House, Nairobi, followed the recent launch of Meta’s Creators of Tomorrow campaign on 6th September aimed at spotlighting diverse individual talents who are inspiring a new movement of creative content online. Present at the event were Crazy Kennar, Nadia Matovu and Kwambox with whom Meta is working with in the campaign. Other leading content creators present included JustIvyAfrica, TheMagunga, Kimanzi, Brian Mutinda among others.
Speaking during the event, Head of Creator Partnerships, Mr. Rofhiwa Maneta said “Meta is future-ready and is unlocking future opportunities for creators. Creators of Tomorrow champions the next generation of creators on the road to the metaverse and reaffirms the importance of content innovation in building for the future.”
