Kush Tracey reflects on her life, in her solo debut in the Gospel industry ‘God Is In Control’

Kush Tracey is back again with another revealing track.

The former secular artist who was once in the blogs for her relationship with Timmy TDat and her unconventional beauty regimens that may have included bleaching has now turned to God and her music reflects that. The young Kenyan beauty sings of God’s faithfulness in her latest reggae release ‘God Is Control.’

Kush who shared with the world that she gave her life to Christ in mid-January has been on the straightened arrow since making that life-changing decision at Mavuno Church a few months ago. As earlier reported by The Sauce, “Kush who now refers to herself as “Daughter of the Most High” on social media, revealed that her giving her life to Christ has been a long time coming and she had been fighting her inner spirit every time she was doing secular music but now she is ready to embark on the journey to fulfill her divine destiny.”

Her latest track ‘God Is In Control’ Tracey has lots to say about her new found perspective and relationship with God. According to the description on the YouTube post, Kush speaks of God’s goodness and encourages the despaired to have faith that God is in control of everything our life, work, health, studies, family, future. She encourages her audience to bank on the promises of God that no matter what we’ve been through, the struggles and challenges we face He has our back and has our best interest at heart. Tracey goes on to speak of God’s mercy “that regardless of what we have done in our past He is a forgiving God and a restorer of that which we have lost, He does not turn His back on us when we fall short of His glory.”

On January 25th, 2019, Kush Tracey collaborated with L-Jay Maasai and Cooper Cooper on the track “Wollova”. The track was her first project after giving her life to Christ. The rapper and Switch TV presenter seems to have made a 360-degree change in her life for the better, and this track is a sure indicator that Kush has definitely seen the light.
