It seems that Khaligraph Jones is having a hard time.
The “Khali Kartel” rapper recently announced the sudden death of famed vocalist Sagini after a short illness. He wrote, “It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing away of one of Kenya’s greatest and promising talent Eliud Sagini better known to many as Sagini. Sagini left us this evening of Monday the 17th of Dec. 2018 after suffering a short illness. He was pronounced dead after arriving at the hospital. Your prayers and support will Be highly appreciated in this moment of grief.”
And from recent posts from Instagram, Jones is finding difficult to deal with the loss of his friend and collaborator. The two have worked on several songs together including chart-topper “Mat Za Rongai” alongside Tunji, “Khali Cartel 1” as well as “Nataka Hio Doh.” Sagini who was signed to Khaligraph’s Blue Corp label has been instrumental as a vocalist adding his flair to various hip-hop records.

Khaligraph who has since been broken by the sad news praised his associate. He wrote, ” Sagini was the most talented Kenyan Vocalist I have ever worked with and it shall remain so even After his unfortunate passing.” As an outpouring of support from fans continues to flood Khali’s timeline, Sagini’s family and friends continue to remember and celebrate the young talent gone too soon.
