Sol Generation star Bensoul has made headlines this week following a cheating expose.
The ‘Nairobi’ singer who is in a relationship with one Noni Gathoni was earlier this week exposed by gossip blogger Edgar Obare for impregnating another woman.
The pregnant lady approached Obare to tell her story and when the singer was given a chance to tell his side of the story, he admitted to cheating and revealed that people close to him are aware of the story.
He said that he regrets cheating on his girlfriend Noni and said that he will do his best to be there for his unborn child.
“Hey Edgar, yes this is true, a mistake I did on my part and my people know that I have been doing all I can to be there for the unborn child,” Bensoul said.
The dreadlocked musician also revealed that he cheated on Noni while he was on a vacation in Mombasa. “I was about to make the story public but I guess you beat me to it. The whole thing happened while I was in a holiday in Mombasa. If you need any more information, ask me,” he told the blogger.
Bensoul also disclosed that his girlfriend Noni knew he had cheated but did not take the story easily.
“It really took a toll on her (Noni) but I am grateful that she’s a very understanding person and caring at the same time. She’s my life partner and she put us first even amidst all this chaos,” he said.
After the story went viral, Noni deleted all the photos of the musician on her Instagram account but it is not clear whether Noni has dumped him. She has also gone on to post some cryptic posts and unprintable insults.
