Huddah Monroe’s masterclass to transform how women wear make-up

Kenyan socialite Huddah Monroe has taken her makeup line to the masses.

Starting with a lip kit, Huddah has grown her empire to include eyeshadow palettes, makeup wipes, and eye lines. Huddah Monroe is now a fully fledged makeup mogul, keen on expanding her empire. As one of the few women featured on the local reality show Nairobi Diaries, Huddah’s business is just a confirmation that she is indeed very business savvy.

Taking to Instagram, the beauty commented on the need for women to accept themselves flaws and all. Announcing a masterclass on 30th June 2018, she urged her followers to appreciate their uniqueness and to use makeup to bring out their best selves.  She captioned her post,”While makeup in many ways is used to cover up blemishes in our skin or “correcting” unattractive features of faces. Professional make up artists will tell you that REAL make up isn’t about changing how a person looks but bringing out the beauty in each one of us, our UNIQUENESS.
Everyone has a “makeup” what you consist of that makes you a unique personality. It’s what you see yourself made up of.
Unfortunately, most people are in the business of covering up their uniqueness and trying to replicate someone else’s make up ….. You were not born to look Like anyone. You were designed by your creator to be different to make a difference. So stop COVERING your “make up”. Think of ways of understanding you better and releasing your uniqueness to the world around you, ”
