Kenyan hitmaker Naiboi is ready to gift his fans with his much-anticipated EP ‘Otero’ this month.
This is after he released his first single of the year featuring comedy star Dj Shiti titled ‘Pesa.’
The 10-track EP produced by Bass Man and Naiboi with additional production by Jazzybass bears and Hamado features some of the talents in East Africa.
Days after expressing the frustrations of being a Kenyan artist on social media saying his hands had been tied from releasing music for the last two years. His last release was titled ‘Black’ in September 2020.
“I keep everything to myself a lot. I love music so much it hurts me I have over 800 songs and I can’t release even a single one, revealed Naiboi earlier this month.
The 2 in 1 crooner has reverted to YouTube to highlight his frustrations in a series that features other celebrated artists in Kenya including Nameless.
Naiboi has been in the game for several years having started out as a producer going by the name Rapdamu before switching to singing.
The Otero EP is set to premiere on October 29th 2021 on Boomplay Kenya.
