Sauti Sol And SolFest Africa have officially unveiled the lineup of performers for this year’s SolFest, and boy, is it a spectacle!
With 2024 flying by with quite the exponential speed, the slated dates for this year’s SolFest are drawing closer and closer. So much so, that organizers just revealed the roster of this year’s performers – best believe it is nowhere near shabby!
The bill is departmentalized in two categories: The Rhumba Generation Ensemble and The Arbansol Collective. “Two aunthetically Kenyan sounds, two brilliantly curated sets, by us for us!!!” Reads a description of the lineup.
The performers at the two-day shindig include Charisma, Bien, Bensoul, Nviiri The Storyteller, Suzanna Owiyo, Savara, Them Mushrooms, Vijana Barubaru, Yabaa, Dyana Cods, Chimano, Tipsy Gee, Fathermoh, Jukeboxx, Ssaru, Ajay, Breeder LW, Maandy, Ndovu Kuu, Wadagliz, Les Wanyika, Sauti Sol and Wanavokali.
Since its inception, the festival’s mission has been to highlight Kenyan music, culture, and creativity on a platform that showcases Kenya’s best talent to both local and international audiences.
This year’s SolFest is slated for December 19 and 21.
