Wizkid, also known as Starboy was probably the biggest Nigerian export in the year 2017. With several collaborations including Drake, Chris Brown, Wale and many others. Wizkid may have the spark that rekindled the world’s interest in Afro-beat and African music in general. The track “Come Closure” garnered 50M even without Drake’s appearance on the video.

A smooth talker, Davido delivers great lines and the freshest beats. It’s no wonder this 25-year-old has the highest viewed Naija track in 2017. “If” gained 54M views, on a track that had no collaborations, the track goes to prove that Davido needs no collaborations to keep fans interested.
