Alaine responds to Willy Paul’s attention seeking pleas and Pozze is disappointed

Jamaican songstress Alaine has responded to pleas by controversial Kenyan singer Willy Paul to unlock him and to forgive him.

Taking to Instagram this afternoon (11.07.19) the ‘Sacrifice’ singer told the ‘Digiri’ singer who seems to be wanting something more than friendship with Alaine that everything will be alright and that it was all about the music and God.

@willy.paul.msafi Willy, Willy, Willy… everything will be alright. It is all about the music, and specifically, all about God. Thanking Him for all His blessings, despite obstacles, despite enemies, in spite of ourselves. We know HE has a plan for us to prosper us and to give us a future with hope. We know how far He’s taken us and trust Him with the future. One thing is for sure.. we have great musical chemistry…. so… what do you think πŸ€”….. one more song??? Let’s unblock some blessings…πŸ™‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ™‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈ #Godwillputyourenemiestoshame #Unblocked #Godaboveall #Kenya #Jamaica #WillyPaul #Alaine

She acknowledged that they have great musical chemistry and asked her fans if they should release another song together.

Alaine’s message was bittersweet to Willy Paul who on one hand was excited that she unblocked her but was disappointed that she did not talk about their ‘relationship’ rather just about music.

As reported by The Sauce, Kenyans hilariously reacted to the long, emotional post, Pozze posted yesterday (10.07.19). One commented, β€œPozze atatumaliza na mamboπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚hatujapumua kuona Vera in black na ye pia ameanza.” Another pointed out that the Instagram post was a desperate attempt by Willy Pozze to reclaim a friendship that may have already run its course. One commentator said, β€œUna umama, waona ukitaja mamako utahurumiwa.”

Though it is not clear what sort of relationship, friendship or otherwise that Willy was looking for with Alaine, her move from secular to gospel music and his from gospel to secular music could be among the many reasons she has distanced herself. One commenter even pointed out β€œShe found Christ.”

The two collaborated on a big tune titled ‘I Do’ which still gets massive airplay on Kenyan media. The song has over 12 million views on YouTube and counting.

Do you think these antics on social media are ploys to get sympathy and traction for an upcoming collabo?
