5 reasons why you should not say “I love you” to your new girlfriend

Do you find yourself saying “I love you” to your girlfriend every time you are together?

Worry less, it might be because of the true love that you have for her. The action is always applauded in a relationship; often becoming a milestone for many couples but also has its consequences. Here are four reasons on why you should never say the phrase to your new girlfriend.

1. It can kill your relationship

Love is sweet but too much love is poison. Women love most when they are being handled with care. Running into conclusions, sometimes some women may interpret the “I love you” as insincere or manipulative. She could feel like you are after something from her and using the phrase “I love you” to get. This can make her change her mind and put a stop to the relationship that you two had started.

2. It can make you be obsessed in a relationship

Telling your woman” I love you” can make you obsessed with the relationship. This is because the feelings you have for her might not be the same feelings she has for you. It’s always good and advisable to build a strong bond between you two people before you start using the phrase. Doing that will stop you from being an obsessive lover in a relationship and instead ease you into knowing her well before professing your feelings.

3. It can give you pressure in a relationship

The words “I love you” is a powerful phrase. It is a word that many women love hearing from their men in a relationship. Once telling her the word, you might be forced to do the extra-ordinary things that are beyond your limit. She might ask you to marry her as early as possible just because she has been waiting for that time. Always move slowly and think big before uttering the “I love you “phrase.
