5 Quick exercises to get that tummy right

Many of us want to have a flat tummy. And especially now that we are allowed to travel to the beachside, it might be time to get that summer body right.

Losing fat around the belly isn’t easy but if you want to lose this fat, this article is for you.

1.The cobra stretch

This is my personal favorite. According to mobility health, this stretch is beneficial to those who have desk jobs. This stretch is good for lengthening anterior neck muscles, shoulders, and abdominals.

Apart from flattening your tummy, it’s a good pose to help you relax after an intense workout.

2.Butt lift Bridge

You can do this workout without even leaving your bed. Push your heels into the floor and tighten your glutes and abdominal muscles as you lift your hips off the floor. If you do this exercise correctly it enhances your core stability by targeting your abdominal muscles. This exercise is also very good for those who have chronic back pain because it’s simple to do and strengthens your spine.

3.High Stepping

This exercise is good for burning fat. It exercises the whole body at once. By increasing how high you are stepping you boost the intensity of your workout. This is an easy exercise which is basically raising your legs as high as you can as you walk. It reduces fat, builds strength and it boosts your cardiovascular health without putting too much strain on your joints. Think of this exercise like its jogging on the spot without actually jogging.

4.Mountain Climber

This exercise is great for building cardio endurance, core strength, and agility. It helps burn fat and it prevents back pain. A Mountain climber is technically a plank except instead of keeping your legs still you move them up and down one at a time as if you were climbing. This is a whole-body workout that is simple and can be done with no equipment.

According to health corps planks strengthen your skeletal muscle system. Since it engages multiple muscles and burns the fat. The longer you hold this position the more it strengthens your muscles and the skeletal system.

Of course, good work out must be paired up with a healthy diet. There are many diet plans one can use. Eat right and follow these exercises and you will have the tummy of your dreams.
