The world is going through a very tough time as half of the planet is shut down due to the Coronavirus which has affected more than 3.7M as in May. Many people have taken this opportunity to stay in bed all day and just do nothing, but it’s important to have a schedule, a routine that you are going to stick with to get through this quarantine.
Here are some advantages of having a quarantine routine
- Reduce Stress
Forced to stay inside can be very stressful and especially with everything going on. Make sure you have a routine or something to do to clear and occupy your mind. Make sure you do something to keep you busy.
- Health Benefit
Gyms are closed, some cities are completely shut down and no way to go for a jog, it’s important to stay active at home. Plan your day and give yourself at least 30min to 1 hour of active exercise a day to stay fit and
healthy rather than staying in bed which is really unhealthy. Always try to be active even though it may not be a full workout.
- Achieve more
We are on lockdown but this does not your life should be. Plan your day in a way than at the end of every day, you have achieved something beneficial. Doesn’t matter how small or big it is, make sure when this will be over, you will get out of the house where you have achieved a lot more than sleeping all day long.
Make sure to make a quarantine routine and try to stick with it throughout. Set a wake-up and bedtime and everything you are going to do in between to help you have a productive and healthy day, every day.
