Trey Songz has been sued for a whopping $ 20 million by a woman accusing her of ‘brutal anal rape’ 5 years ago.
Another day, another rape allegation against RNB singer Trey Songz. The 37-year-old musical artist has been sued by a Jane Doe, as per the the court documents. The suit covers the ‘brutal rape’ allegation that happened in March 2016 at a house party in Los Angeles. As he has done in the past, Songz denied the grave allegations through a representative.
The accuser says that prior to the rape incident, she had had consensual sex with the singer, real name Tremaine Aldon Neverson. She adds that she thought it would be yet another consensual encounter when they went upstairs at the LA house, but it turned out to be the complete reverse. The accused repeatedly pestered the woman to engage in anal sex, which she adamantly denied, till things took a different turn.
Jane Doe adds that Songz immediately behaved like a ‘savage rapist’ throwing her to the floor, pinning her down face first and forcefully penetrating her. She screamed and pleaded with him to stop, but he would hear none of it. She further details one person entered the room, saw what happened and left right away. She would later gather her garments after he was done, exited the premises and caught an Uber ride away. Upon realizing that the damsel was in distress, the Uber driver rushed her to hospital, where sexual assault exams revealed ‘severe anal tearing that could require surgery.’
Police were called, but the woman did not reveal it was Songz who raped owing to apparent ‘shock and fear for her life.’ The woman is represented by lawyers Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, who are involved in two other cases, in Miami and Nevada, in which Songz is accused of sexual assault. Micthell has dispelled allegations by Songz’s legal team that she tried to bribe a witness in the Miami case. The singer’s lawyers had sought to have the case dismissed in connection with the witness tampering claims.
The woman in the anal case incident seeks $20 million in damages from the singer.
