Ferdinand Omanyala made history as the first ever Kenyan in 60 years to win the Commonwealth Games 100m title.
Omanyala powered home in a time of 10.02secs to clinch his first ever global title on Wednesday 03.08.2022 at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham after reaching the semis in his previous three attempts.
He is currently the African record holder and 8th fastest man of all-time in the 100m after clocking a time of 9.77 on 18 September 2021 in Nairobi.
Capital FM Sports Editor Alex Isaboke spoke to Omanyala at the Games and he listed 10 things he can do in 10 seconds.
