Tanasha Donna explains why she dumped Diamond Platnumz

Kenyan beauty Tanasha Donna Oketch recently opened up about her life.

The 24 year old former radio presenter, musician and mother of one is gracing the Apt 2020 issue of True Love magazine.

In the magazine feature, she talks everything about Motherhood, her heartbreak from Bongo star Diamond Platnumz and her healing.

Alongside that, the magazine’s editor Carole Mandi sat down with the ‘Radio’ hitmaker for a YouTube interview.

In the interview, a calm but vague Tanasha revealed that she left Diamond after six months of trying to make things work in their relationship for the sake of their son.

She intimated that she felt like the ‘Jeje’ hitmaker had lost interest in the relationship and he had stopped trying to work on their relationship.

She added that she felt like her lover and his mother especially were controlling but she wanted to be her own woman so she had no choice but to leave Diamond’s home Tanzania.

On family and motherhood, Tanasha said that she only wants the best for her son, that she wanted to protect him from social media and that they were working on how to co-parent.

Tanasha went as far as saying that she would like to contact Diamond’s other baby mamas namely Zari Hassan and Hamisa Mobetto as she would like her son to get to know his half siblings.

On her music, Tanasha whose latest single is a collabo with her ex lover titled ‘Gere’ revealed that she had alot plans to drop several music videos prior to the Coronavirus pandemic lockdowns.

Apart from collaborations with two Nigerian artists and a South American artist, Tanasha assured her fans that she had solo tracks on the way.

The heartbroken Tanasha returned to Kenya shortly after Valentine’s day 2020 announcing on social media that she had called it quits with the music superstar as reported by The Sauce.
