Sauti Sol Launch New ‘Hustle Sasa’ App For Creatives

Award-winning Kenyan foursome Sauti Sol have launched a new app  for  creatives  dubbed Hustle Sasa.

The quest of the app is to aid the aforementioned in interacting with their fanbase and make money while it, making it the first of its kind app in the country.

It is brainchild of Hustle in partnership with the lead Kenyan band, no less.

The app will be instrumental in helping creators sell their material directly to their audiences, with a major aim of recruiting  up to 100, 000 creatives the continent over by 2025.

“We are building mobiles-first tools to empower creators to grow their business, build relationships with their fans and manage their finances. We are excited that Sauti Sol has joined our team. Their success as artists and passion for the creative industry aligns perfectly with our mission,” said the app’s Chief Marketing Officer Rizz Jiwani.

The app will incept a 360-degree approach in helping creatives sell both physical and digital products, devise storefronts and receive payments . Creatives can share links to their products with their fans and start to earn instantly.

Attendees included Sauti Sol, Hart the Band, Steph Kapela , Harry Kimani, Ssaru and Yaba. The launch event was held at the Nairobi Street Kitchen.
