Nipsey Hussle’s murder suspect Eric Holder is set to face the full arm of the law.
Holder who was first nabbed for the death of neighborhood hero Nipsey’s in April as first reported by The Sauce could face heavy sentencing after a jury added two more charges. According to Pitchfork, “Eric Holder—the Los Angeles man who was arrested in April—has been hit with two additional charges, the L.A. District Attorney’s Office revealed. In April, Holder was charged with murder, possession of a firearm by a felon and two counts of attempted murder stemming from injuries sustained by other people at the scene of the shooting on March 31st. The case was then revisited by a grand jury. Now, Holder is also being charged for two counts of assault with a firearm for the injured individuals.”
The father of 2 was fatally gunned down outside his business the Marathon Clothing store. Holder who may have been carrying out a personal agenda against the ‘Higher’ rapper was also seen to have assaulted another man only moments before he took Nipsey Hussle’s life. According to a report on The Source, Eric Holder was recorded to have pistol-whipped a man elsewhere over a drug deal gone wrong. The report adds, “witness statements submitted to prosecutors details two women who shared information about a male friend who was assaulted by Holder just one hour prior to the shooting. The L.A. County DA’s Office states Holder lived in the same building as the man he beat with a gun, stating they used to hang out and smoke together.”
As Ermias Joseph Asghedom’s family and friends continue to pick up the pieces after his tragic death, it was also reported that his family’s hopes to maintain custody of his first-born daughter Emani, were argued in court this past week. The case that was presented before a judge this past Monday (20.05.2019), saw Nipsey’s sister Samantha Smith granted custody of the 10-year-old girl by the court due to Tanisha’s legal woes that make her unfit to have custody.
According to TMZ, Nipsey’s baby mama Tanisha has a warrant out for her arrest right now, relating to an unsettled DUI case in 2017. She’s also got a lengthy rap sheet filled with arrests dating back to 2006 and 2007.
