Real Housewives of Nairobi cast member and actress Minne Kariuki has issued a rebuttal to nemesis Michelle Ntalami’s defamation lawsuit, just hours after the news of said suit broke.
In a counter lawsuit through Mwenda Njagi & Co. Advocates, the ‘Single Kiasi’ actress demands for a “cease and desist of defamatory statements and intention to institute legal action.”
According to the suit documents as seen by The Sauce, Kariuki has not received proper notice notice or legal documents from Ntalami despite the latter’s public statements suggesting so.
Citing the potential adverse effects of Ntalami’s “absurd” claims, the letter demands that the Marini Naturals proprietor immediately “cease and desist any further false or defamatory statements about our Clinton social media or any other platform and publicly retract your previous statements and refrain from any other attempts to tarnish our clients’s reputation.”
Kariuki further demands Sh. 3, 000, 000 from Ntalami as general damages for defamation.
