Chloe Bailey, the one-half of the singing sister duo ChloeXHalle has finally dropped her highly anticipated single, Have Mercy.
After teasing the new release for a couple of weeks and making fans’ desire grow fonder, the singer has dropped the video and it suffices to say that it was well worth the wait.
Have Mercy is an instant attention-grabber: Chloe is draped in skimpy, sexy outfits and delivers upper echelon choreography backed by her dancers.
Bailey gives an overload of vocals, looks and attitude thoughout the flick. A blink-and-miss-it cameo by Beyonce’s mom Tina Lawson is a spectacle on its own. She plays the observative mom who notices everything, as Bailey sneaks in boys into the house.
Bailey’s first televised performance of the song goes down on Sunday September 13 at the MTV Video Music Awards.
Have Mercy is Bailey’s debut single off her upcoming untitled debut album. While she may be working on solo music, the singer and her sister Halle have made it clear that they still have not disbanded as a duo and will still work on more music projects together.
Both sisters are signed on to Beyonce’s Parkwood Entertainment label.
