Jamaica’s Vybz Kartel comes out guns blazing to defend Kenyan wannabe

Jamaican Vybz Kartel is not letting anyone talk down his newly discovered wannabe from Kenya.

The dancehall star popularly referred to as Worl’ Boss recently took to Instagram to repost a video and big up an upcoming Kenyan artist who raps just like him. The ‘Coloring Book’ crooner has a huge following due to Kenya’s large dancehall fanbase and his music is also widely played.

However, one fan whose username is @442_gt0 made fun of the talented young man’s brown teeth saying someone should get him a toothbrush. Vybz responded with an insult to defend the upcoming star, he said, “give ur mom a toothbrush…she suck too much c**ck.”

The young star appears to have dental fluorosis. Fluorosis is a cosmetic condition that affects the teeth. It’s caused by overexposure to fluoride during the first eight years of life and it causes discolouration of teeth.

The video went viral over the weekend after internet sensation Kartelo posted the video of the artist who hails from Kayole and is fondly referred to as Vybz.

However, it is important to note that the hitmaker whose real name is Adidja Azim Palmer is currently incarcerated and his account is run by someone from his team.

In 2014, Kartel aged 43, was sentenced to life imprisonment for the 2011 murder of his associate Clive “Lizard” Williams. He will be eligible for parole once he has served a minimum of 35 years in prison. An appeal to secure his release from prison is yet to get a verdict almost two years on.

Despite being imprisoned, the father of two continues to release new music prolifically, releasing over 50 new songs in 2016 alone. He is known to be one of the most popular dancehall artists with millions of fans worldwide asking for his release on social media through the hashtag #FreeWorlBoss.
