Congolese superstar Fally Ipupa, Nigerian songtress and Kenyan rapper Nyashinski delivered an electrifying experience to a capacity crowd at Walker Town Nairobi Edition.
The event held on Saturday 30th of September at Uhuru Gardens brought together thousands of revelers from all around the city.
The opening acts, including Vijana Barubaru, set the stage ablaze with their hit songs such as ;Sasa Hivi,’ ‘Kale Kadnace,’ ‘Pillow Talk,’ and ‘Romantic Call,’ captivating the audience with their infectious energy and melodies.
The tempo continued to rise as DJ Linsey and DJ Pierra Makena took over the decks, keeping the energy levels soaring with their expertly curated sets. The crowd was in high spirits when the ‘Angela’ hit-maker Boutross graced the stage, delivering an enthralling performance that left his fans wanting more.
As nightfall descended, DJ Protégé warmed up the already-packed crowd, setting the stage for the dynamic South African female DJ duo TxC, who took over at approximately 8:00 PM, delivering a masterclass in Amapiano mixes and dance, much to the delight of their eager fans.
The evening reached its zenith as the main headliners took center stage. Congolese rhumba sensation Fally Ipupa ignited the crowd with an unforgettable performance, belting out hit songs like ‘Mayday,’ ‘Bloque,’ ‘Eloko Oyo,’ ‘SL,’ and ‘Maria PM.’ The crowd’s energy was electrifying as they sang along, danced, and celebrated the musical maestro.

Tiwa Savage, the celebrated Afrobeats star, followed, delivering an exhilarating performance that radiated energy and passion. Her rendition of ‘Who is your guy?’ had the crowd in a frenzy, with everyone joining in the chorus. With her powerful and melodious voice, Tiwa Savage delivered hit after hit, including ‘Somebody’s Son,’ ‘Won Da Mo,’ ‘Koroba,’ ‘All Over,’ and many more, leaving an indelible mark on the audience.
Kenyan music icon and Johnnie Walker brand ambassador, Nyashinski, closed the night with a stellar performance that further ignited the crowd’s enthusiasm. With his signature electrifying stage presence, Nyashinski connected deeply with the audience, delivering an unforgettable set that included hits like “Malaika,” “Properly,” “Free,” “Mungu Pekee,” and more.
