Diamond Platinumz and Harmonize tease upcoming EP with Burna Boy

What would an Afro Bongo EP sound like? We shall soon find out courtesy of Diamond, Harmonize and Burna Boy.

Top Bongo stars Diamond Platinumz and Harmonize are set to revolutionize the African music space with a bongo and Naija EP featuring Nigerian star Burna Boy.

The announcement comes barely two weeks after the release of “Tetema” by Diamond Platinumz and Rayvanny. The upcoming EP aptly titled “Afro Bongo” is a blend of afro and bongo music and is said to be dropping today (18.02.19).

According to online posts by Harmonize ‘Kone Boy’ and Diamond Platinumz popularly referred to as Simba will soon be releasing a mini album comprising four tracks featuring the ‘African Giant’ Burna Boy. The number one track will be of the trio, then the second will be a collabo between Harmonize and ‘Uncle London’ Mr. Eazi. The third will feature Harmonize and award winning Nigerian songstress Yemi Alade and the last will see Harmonize team up with fellow Tanzanian singer Sarah.

Burna Boy is a worldwide celebrated artist set to perform at  Coachella 2019 in April and the blend of energy with Wasafi Artists is set to be one of the biggest things in the entertainment industry.

The Wasafi stable is off to a good start this 2019 following the success of their 2018 Wasafi Festival concerts in Tanzania and Kenya. WCB boss Diamond and artist Rayvanny were set free by their country’s music regulation board BASATA to continue with their music and soon after released the hit track “Tetema” which is currently the hottest track on the airwaves.
