Davido’s fiancée Chioma denies domestic violence claims

Nigerian singer Davido’s fiancée Chioma has come out to deny rumours of domestic violence in their relationship.

There have been several unconfirmed reports that Chioma and Davido’s relationship is marred by violence.

The reports claim the lovebirds are presently not in good terms and living separately due to the domestic abuse, and there are claims that’s why the singer sustained a leg injury.

While Davido has remained silent on the allegations, Chioma seems to have had enough and has discredited the claims.

In a statement via her Instagram page on Tuesday, Chioma clarified that Davido has never been violent towards her and she has never laid a hand on him too. She added that she takes the claims of domestic violence seriously and that if the rumours persist, they will be taking action.

She also gave a word of advice to young women to never suffer in silence in a relationship that is violent.

“”To the beautiful young ones out there, never ever allow a man to lay his hands on you while you keep quiet. If you were ever to suffer such, ensure you SPEAK UP! With all that is going on in the world right now, we most certainly can not sit around and condone or encourage women to condone such!.”

Meanwhile, since rumours emerged that Davido has fathered child with another woman, the singer has disappeared from social media.

The reports claim that Davido impregnated a UK-based model named Larissa London during his US-Canada tour and she has now welcomed a child for him.

The singer’s last post on his platforms was on June 3rd 2020 when he informed whom it may concern that he has changed his phone number and may not be accessible for now.

The celebrity couple announced their engagement last year while Chioma was pregnant for their son, David Jr. He has two other children from two other baby mamas.
