Journalist Dennis Okari has gotten married, once again.
Popular NTV investigative journalist Dennis Okari has wedded his Naomi Joy in an invite-only ceremony held at a location on Kiambu Road. He was previously married to K24’s anchor Betty Kyallo. The twosome had a daughter and separated months after their lavish October 2, 2015 wedding but have since divorced.
Okari’s lavish wedding was attended by family and close friends. All attendees were required to produce invitation cards before accessing the venue.
According to a report by Nairobi News, Betty Kyallo said in a recent Q&A on Instagram that she is happy for Okari after he announced his engagement to Naomi in January.
However, while some people are happy for the newlyweds, some tweeps are trolling Betty Kyallo heavily for being dumped by Okari because she is a celebrity and a ‘community wife’.
