RnB superstar Ashanti, Dj Khaled and late rapper Nipsey Hussle are among the 2022 inductees of the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

I’m actually getting a Star on the Hollywood walk of Fame!!!! Thank you guys so much for all of the love and continued support throughout the years. According to an official press release, the 38 new honorees were revealed on Thursday (June 17). Honorees include Avril Lavigne, Michael Strahan, Regina King, Tracee Ellis Ross, Michael B Jordan, The Black Eyed Peas, DJ Khaled and George Clinton.
The late Los Angeles revered rapper Nipsey Hussle will be posthumously inducted too. The rapper was shot dead on March 31, 2019 outside his clothing store in LA. The honorees were revealed by the selection committee Thursday (June 18).
The walk of fame honors celebrities who have made incredible strides in their careers and culture.
Recipients are given two years to schedule their star ceremonies, dates have not yet been scheduled.
