Attendees were treated to an exclusive screening of the first episode of the 9-episode series. Pepeta<\/em> depicts the true life story Harun ‘Rio’ Wathari, who was also in attendance. Run away crime characteristic of the informal statement is a prevalent in the series, with plot twist of how talent can be the much-needed saving grace. <\/p>\n\n\n

The cast includes Capital FM’s Lassie who plays Johnte, as well as singer Avril Nyambura (who makes her return to the screen after a five-year hiatus), Malik Lemmy, Brahim Ouma, Lwanda Jawar, Dedan J. Onyango as well as director Vincent Mbaya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
