Kenyan Youtubers WaJesus family, Joanna Kinuthia, Wabosha Maxine and comedian Daniel ‘Churchill’ Ndambuki have been recognized by Google Kenya.
The content creators received YouTube plaques for their various achievements and numbers of subscribers on the video-sharing platform at an event held by Google Kenya at a Nairobi hotel today (30.10.19).
One of Kenya’s most popular comedians Churchill who is known for his hit comedy show ‘Churchill Show’ was presented with a one million subscribers YouTube play button by Sports, Culture and Heritage Cabinet Secretary Amina Mohamed. Churchill who is is also a radio personality is coincidentally celebrating his birthday today.

Beauty and lifestyle vloggers Joanna Kinuthia and Wabosha Maxine each received a plaque for their 100,ooo subscribers. Joanna who is also the founder of Joanna K Cosmetics is currently at 105,000 subbies while Wabosha who is currently in her 5th year studying Mechanical Engineering is at 128, 000 subscribers.

Christian couple WaJesus family made up of Kabi wa Jesus and Milly wa Jesus also received their 100,000 subscribers play button. The two who recently welcomed a baby boy to the world have over 130,000 subscribers. They make videos to show that marriage really works.
