Trevor Noah launches Foundation to fund education in South Africa

Lat week, Trevor Noah visited South Africa after many months away.

The South African comedian, and Daily Show host announced his latest initiative to help underprivileged children in South Africa.The foundation named the Trevor Noah Foundation seeks to increase the number of youth who gain an education. The foundation which presented its mission ” education for a youth-driven South Africa,” is set to work closely with various partners within the Education sector in South Africa.Working with vulnerable youth and orphans, the organization is set to equip many youths with life skills and education. Despite the fact that South Africa spends the largest percentage of its Gross Domestic Product, only 2 out of 100 students complete tertiary education.

Taking to social media, Noah shared his excitement for what the foundation is set to achieve.
