To say that social media is an integral part of any business in this day would be an utter understatement. Employers have bias towards job seekers who can use social effectively to see to it that business is ran when need be.

Creativity

It goes without saying that a lot of creativity goes a long way into seeing the success of any business. Ambitious job seekers ought to get their creative chops in order as employers will look for more than just the on-paper credentials.

Communication

As basic as this may sound, a potential employer will pounce on any job seeker that possesses great communication skills. For a brush up, communication in this context (or any other, really!) implies both listening to others and knowing how to pass across messages effectively.

“Employers, in a nutshell, are in constant search with P.A.M in prospective employees. P.A.M means an employee who identifies a Problem, has the smarts to solve it, and motivation to tackle tasks,” quipped the two unanimously.
