Singer Tinashe has revealed the cover art and tracklist to her upcoming new album, 333, and with a new single off of the album dropping tonight.
The singer has been teasing a possible new project for the past few weeks, posting snippets that hint at a new body of work, albeit in a cryptic way – no given contexts or captions. Typically, fans would pick up the nuances to mean that an album is on the way. The only major clue she would give is the ‘333’ caption.
The new album is slated to drop on August 6 and has an illustrious tracklist to boot. It comes hot in the heels of her new singles Bouncing and Pasadena, that dropped on July 9 and June 9 respectively. The album will be a follow-up to her 2019 album Songs For You – her first independent album since leaving RCA Records.
She says the title to her new album is inspired by the impact that her ‘angel number’ has had on her. “It reminds me that I’m always on the right path and the universe is looking out for me at the end of the day, ” she says.
The singer also recently announced a new tour dubbed ‘333’ that will be in support of the new album. The singer is hailed as a triple threat entertainer known for her electric dancing, shrewd vocal ability and songwriting skills. Her first album, Aquarius, dropped in 2014 and spawned the hit singles 2 On and All Hands on Deck. She has had an array of collaborations with big names like Travis Scott, A$ap Rocky and Britney Spears.
