Tiger Woods is on top of the game once again.
This past weekend, Legendary golfer Tiger Woods made history with a historic comeback. The 43-year-old golfer made history with his 5th Masters win; cementing his status as a golfing champion. But it seems that the major return to greatness is not all that Woods has to celebrate.

Trump tweeted Monday afternoon, “Spoke to @TigerWoods to congratulate him on the great victory he had in yesterday’s @TheMasters, & to inform him that because of his incredible Success & Comeback in Sports (Golf) and, more importantly, LIFE, I will be presenting him with the PRESIDENTIAL MEDAL OF FREEDOM!”
Thanking his family, after the record-breaking win, father of two Woods shared his heartfelt gratitude. He wrote on Twitter, “I can’t thank my family, friends, and fans enough for their support. Having my family by my side today is something I will never forget. To not only be able to play again, but to be able to win again, is something I will forever be grateful for. This jacket sure is comfortable.”
Riddled with health problems after undergoing a spinal fusion surgery in 2017, Woods has also had to overcome his personal struggles with alcoholism, even being charged with Driving Under the Influence. His fifth win has been celebrated worldwide and hailed as a true comeback story. The epitome of success, Woods now seats at the top of the leaderboard after his PGA win (at the time of publishing this article.)
