In 2009, he was honored with the award for ‘Most Admired Song in the Past 15 Years’ at the CVM TV’s 15th Anniversary Award for the hit “She’s Royal”.
5.Tarrus has over 10 nominations and awards.
Among one of his most memorable accolades is his 2009 Caribbean-American Heritage Awards – Reggae Runnins Caribbean Heritage Award. He also received a nomination for the BET Soul Train Award for Best Reggae artist.
6. Tarrus’ “Love Situation” reached No 1 on BillBoard chart.
Tarrus Riley has always had great success on the BillBoard charts. His “Love Situation” album released in 2014, knocked out Snoop Lion’s release, to claim the top spot. This was the first time Riley, secured the top spot on the Billboard Reggae Album chart.
