Iminza is one to watch.
The young talent overflows with charisma and quiet confidence. On first listening to her, her voice is light and airy, wispy even; giving one the impression that they just might be levitating, carried up off the ground by her melodies.
Armed with her guitar, Iminza shares her talent with the world via her YouTube account Iminza Mbwaya. She strums and picks with precision, and often though not often enough uploads covers of some of her best tracks including a rebattle to Tetu Shani’s ‘Samalina‘, as well as a simple yet elegant cover of Jacob Banks ‘Part Time Love.’
