Singer and influencer Tanasha Donna had her YouTube account suspended owing to an attempted hack.
Donna took to her Instagram stories to address the situation after fans figured out the channel was no longer in existence.
“ We are working toward getting back my YouTube ASAP. Someone tried to hack it so YouTube suspended the channel . However, it is being resolved as we speak,” she posted after confusion took over with fans wondering if it was stunt or actual suspension.
Donna who is known for hits like ‘Radio’ and ‘Jeje’ featuring her Tanzanian baby daddy Diamond Platnumz has not released any new music in quite some time. Asked by fans when they can expect a new project in an Instagram question and answer session, she said she has a project coming out in December.
The mother of one has in the recent past raised eyebrows with what looks like a morphed body. Eagle-eyed fans discerned that she could have surgically enhanced her body. She may have alluded to it by captioning one of the new pictures ‘I invested in myself. ‘ The Sauce tried to reach out to the singer for comment but our efforts proved futile.
In the past few months, a number of songs have been pulled from YouTube on grounds of copyright infringement. Khaligraph Jones and Krispar alias Ndovu ni Kuu’s song Ndovu ni Kuu was pulled down after garnering over 3 million views on the platform. An upcoming artiste named Dexta Briyanka accused the duo of sampling his song, hence copyright infringement.Before that, Mejja’s song Tabia za Wakenya was pulled down on similar accusations by yet another upcoming artiste named Bouja Bwoy. The song had garnered over 1.6 million views by the time of the incident.
