Tanzanian star Naseeb Abdul alias Diamond Platnumz is not new to controversy and it is not the first time that he has been accused of stealing ideas or concepts to create some club bangers.
The father of three who is currently beefing with his baby mama and Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan after he accused her of cheating as reported by The Sauce, is under fire for stealing audio for his latest song ‘The One’ from Namibian singer King TeeDee.
Namibian fans ganged up on Diamond, accusing him of kicking out the Namibian singer in the song that has gathered over a million views in 17 hours after it was uploaded on YouTube.
The fans did not hold back from coming at the WCB boss in the YouTube comment section, with some saying that he will never perform in Namibia, while some came to his defense, insisting that the song was good and he did nothing wrong.
But even as fans traded jibes on social network Diamond has not come out to explain what actually happened. According to Tanzanian tabloid The Citizen, King TeeDee said that despite not being featured on the track, Diamond had made his original song better, insisting that great music came straight from the heart. This further brought more doubt with many wondering whether this was supposed to be a collaboration between the two artists.
As reported by The Sauce reported that Simba recently released his first solo single in a while since his 2018 album ‘A boy from Tandale’ release and multiple collabos with Wasafi artists.
Earlier in the year, Wasafi was accused by fans of copying the video concept for the hit video ‘Tetema’ which is by Rayvanny ft Diamond.
