Sanaipei Tande And Khaligraph Jones Debate Opposing Relationship Dynamics In ‘Kiwango’ Visuals

Seasoned Kenyan singer Sanaipei Tande has dropped the visuals to Kiwango, a female-empowering collaboration that features rapper Khaligraph Jones.

The song is an ode to women asking for what they want and being utterly unapologetic about it, as Sana sings the buoyant lyrics. She stresses her need to get a man who is not seeking to get her to lower her calibre, and who will get her the prized possessions she wants. The song’s themes of independence and penchant  for the finer things in life are eerily similar to those in Destiny’s Child’s Independent  Women and TLC’s No Scrubs hits.

 Khaligraph, on the flip side, comes to the defence  of me who are not about that life. “Girl if you know you got it all, then tell me why you want it all..”He sings.
