The university of Nairobi hosts the 3rd edition of the Nairobi Innovation Week.
Hailed as a university in the forefront of innovation in technology and science, the weeklong exhibitions is said to showcase the best tech solutions on offer at the Nairobi University Town Campus. According to the university’s site, there will be up to 4000 delegates and 150 exhibitors. The event set to kick off on 6th March, is dedicated to policy engagement, innovation ecosystem development and recognition of young innovations by individuals and organizations.
The event hopes to bring together people from the public and private sector including investors keen to venture into the Kenya tech market. The event also plans to host talks on innovation in the private and public sector with panelists to include Jeremy Awori Managing Director of Barclays Kenya as well as Veronica Ogeto Tchoketch Lead Innovator at Safaricom Ltd.
