Rapper Cashy Karimi took to Instagram to fire shots at her rapper baby daddy Khaligraph Jones.
The mother of one took to her Instagram stories to celebrate to the news of curfew being lifted and added something extra about Khaligraph providing for their son.
In the message, the rapper insinuates that her child’s father whose real name is Brian Omollo has not been paying child support and has been using the COVID-19 restrictions as an excuse.
“I’m actually happy the curfew has been lifted because artistes can go back to artistes from night gigs! In fact help me pray for an overflow of events so that your fave rapper will have zero reason to claim he can’t ‘afford’ child maintenance, it’s been so hard bana,” she posted.
The two musicians, who dated for a few years before separating, share 4-year-old son named Xolani. This is not the first time that Cashy has hinted at child support (or lack thereof) woes with Jones.
About a year ago, she posted a letter that her lawyer allegedly served Jones. “To me, motherhood means you’ll go to war to defend your child, and you’ll do everything to secure all areas of their existence in the best ways possible; Legally and by divine favour. I salute women warriors – moms; for all the silent and unseen battles we fight for our children,” she had posted.
After confirming her breakup from Jones, the rapper revealed she had been an abusive relationship. “I took the time I needed to grow and free myself of a certain past that I can now openly share… I’ll be real about why I chose to leave a certain relationship. I’ll discuss physical abuse, financial manipulation, emotional abuse, slander and threats on my life and wellbeing,” she once posted.
Karimi rose to fame after collaborating with Jones on their hit single, Micasa Sucasa.
