Queen B Beats Out Adele For Top Spot On Forbes List

Beyonce, mother of 3 and Queen of all things fabulous is once again the world’s highest paid women in music. The list that was recently released by Forbes noted that Beyonce made $105 million pre-tax from June 2016 to June 2017. Her album “Lemonade” and the Formation Tour brought Mrs. CapitalCarter lots of cheddar within the 12-month period. According to Forbes, “Adele finished second, earning $69 million, boosted by seven-figure nightly grosses on her first proper tour since 2011.”

Taylor Swift rounded up the top 3 spot with $44M which is a step down from her previous ranking last year. According to  Forbes, 1989 Tour did not yeild much for the “Love song” crooner. ” With the release of new alum Reputation—already the best-selling album of 2017—which came after the end of this list’s scoring period, look for her earnings total are expected to rise significantly in next year’s accounting.”
