Information and Communication PS, Dr. Bitange Ndemo will on Thursday, 25th October, launch SocialPRO Clubs and a new campaign dubbed “I am A SocialPRO” to promote the use of social media within the University community.
The launch will be attended by key stakeholders from the government, media and education sector as well as social media enthusiasts, developers, lecturers, bloggers, entrepreneurs, digital agencies and other organizations that have immensely contributed to the growth of social media in Kenya.
Social Edge Africa, the key drivers of the clubs, has chosen UoN as the springboard for the social clubs that will soon after launch in other campuses in Nairobi including Strathmore, USIU, KU and MMU during the pilot stage.
