Nicki Minaj Kickstarts New Era With An Oscar-Worthy Video. Bow Down, Everybody!

A new Nicki Minaj era has beckoned, and boy is it an unparalleled sight to behold!

The undisputable Queen of Rap’s comeback single, Do We Have A Problem, is here and it was worth the wait. Where to start? The beat is the kind that you would not brush off if you even tried. Catchy as they come, coupled with Minaj’s seamless lyrical delivery and Lil Baby’s standout guest verse, the icon’s new era is on to an impeccable start already.

Enter the 9:13-minute long video, an Oscar-worthy blockbuster-esque spectacle starring the award-winning  HipHop aficionado, Lil Baby, Cory Hardrict and Joseph Sikora (Catch him on Netflix’s Ozark, by the way!) Directed by Benny Boom.

Minaj plays a high-ranking no-good agent seeking to take out a target, lest she becomes the target herself, and Hardrict gets her the info she needs. She flies to Cuba to carry out her mission, and the rest is unadulterated eye candy for your viewing pleasure.

At 8:25, Minaj teases a new track, proving that the rollout of the new era is no child’s play. She is touting a chain with the word ‘BUSSIN’ making its pendant. Do We Have A Problem is a taste of Minaj’s upcoming 5th album which she promises is due anytime now.
