In this time of self quarantine, it’s difficult to keep track of the days. But instead of submerging yourself in depressing coronavirus news, why not lend your ear so of the latest releases?

Here is some the of latest tracks out this week:

1.H_Art The Band – El Shaddai

The afrosoul fusion group H_art the Band have entered into a new genre of music, and for a first attempt at Gospel music, the release ‘El Shaddai’ is award worthy. The track that was released on March 20th is emotional, relatable and honest; reaching the depths of so many souls. A Cedo production, the track honors God for his provision, and unfailing love. The group performed the track live at the Koroga Festival Naivaisha Love edition, and the visuals release match up to the hype.

2.Bahati feat Akothee – Nakupa Moyo

Talented pair Bahati and Akothee have released a track dubbed ‘Nakupa Moyo’. An offering of thanksgiving, the track chronicles the blessings they have received from God and goes on to praise Him for his provision. Bahati gets emotional, as the simple lyrics connect with listeners. Akothee does well to match up to Bahati’s energy, making for one of Bahati’s most meaningful releases of 2020 so far.

Rayvanny ft Dula Makabila – Miss Buza

Rayvanny is back with another video. Just a week after releasing the tune ‘Corona’, this Tanzanian star is back with another release from the WSB Wasafi team. As reported on The Sauce, the Taarab track was released earlier in the year, however the release is re-worked with revised lyrics. The track is dramatic, and lively.
