Music Could Be The Boost You Need To Improve Your Study Sessions

Two thirds of 18 to 34 year olds claim that music helps them stay motivated while studying.

Following the research by student study saviour Pro Plus, they compiled a ‘Study Like a Pro’ playlist consisting of songs such as Pharrell Williams’ ‘Happy’ and Mark Ronson’s ‘Uptown Funk’ to show that music can help you remain focused to study efficiently.

Dr Rupert Till, of Huddersfield University, said: “We now know that when used in the right way, music – especially our favourite tracks – can actually improve your results, through making you feel more alert and focused to make it through the lengthy study periods, rather than putting off your intellectual mojo.”
