Meghan Markle’s half-sister to write a two-part book about the Duchess.
Samantha Markle, Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle’s half-sister has no chills and intends to cash in on her sister’s royal status by writing a second tell-all book.
The former model and actress recently took to social media and shared that she’s releasing a second book about the former “Suits” actress Meghan Markle.
The mother of two, who has become known for criticizing the heavily pregnant Duchess of Sussex over the last year since her engagement to Prince Harry went public, announced to her Twitter followers that her book, In the Shadows of the Duchess, has two parts.
“I couldn’t help but let it slip!” Samantha wrote to her social media followers. “There are actually two books coming out! ‘In the Shadows of the Duchess I and II.”’hashtags #April and #June, referencing the possible release dates for the two books, the first of which is around the time of Meghan’s due date.
In another tweet, Samantha referenced author Andrew Morton’s book, “Meghan: A Hollywood Princess”, released in April 2018.”I guess #AndrewMorton was ‘fixated’ when he promoted his book and he was speaking to the public,” Samantha tweeted. “Everyone who has a book coming out is #fixated. I’m promoting my book and no one has the right to stop me. Step off.”
Samantha also continued to address reports that she’s on police’s “fixated persons list,” writing, “And I’m not on a watchlist but if you want to watch something, watch my book come out.”
And as for what will be in the books, Samantha has suggested that they’ll include unseen pictures of her with Meghan. She concluded her Twitter rant by addressing Meghan by saying, “I’m very much your sister and if you don’t like it too bad. Bring it on.”
Meghan has been estranged from her father Thomas Markle and sister Samantha, there seems to be no relationship between Meghan and her family outside of her relationship with her mother Doria Ragland. During the royal wedding, Meghan’s family was noticeably missing and her dreadlocked mother was the only one in attendance.
In October 2018 Thomas Markle issued a statement saying he was not kept in the loop about her expecting her first child with Prince Harry.
