Popular Media personality Adelle Onyango launched a Youth empowerment initiative.
The star-studded launch had the likes of Caroline Mutoko and Janet Mbugua in attendance. The Adelle Onyango initiative is centered on the foundations of Youth Empowerment, Mental Health, and Gender Equality and seeks to give opportunities to the youth and women in this country.
The elated Adelle shared the good news with her fans saying that part of her dream had come true because she had always been passionate about working with young Africans in creating opportunities that empower them, ending the rape culture and tackling mental health. The launch dubbed #UnapologeticallyAfrican is a celebration of our “Africanness” through changing the African narrative. Being exceptional! Not seeking validation and not comparing ourselves with the rest of the world.
