Kenyan celeb couple Bahati and Diana Marua alias Diana B are serving couple goals with the release of their collabo dubbed ‘Sweet Love.’
The track released Monday (23.05.2022) is a celebration of their love. According to the description of the song on Bahati’s YouTube channel, the song gives insight into the couple’s good times and different seasons of their marriage.
In the song, filled with scenes of the couple getting lovey-dovey at various locations, Bahati serenades the wife with sweet words saying that he is hooked by her love. The Mathare Parliamentary aspirant goes ahead to add a few lines in his native Kamba language to remind her how much he loves her and their future together.
Diana on the other hand, rapping in Swahili reaffirms her love for Bahati despite the challenges and praises their strong love saying, “Hii mapenzi imedumu kama perfume ya woria.” She also acknowledges the part the father to her kids has played in her life and career as an artist. She takes jabs at naysayers who said their love wouldn’t last because she is older than Bahati.
The catchy song has garnered over 20,000 YouTube views in a span of one hour after its release.
The couple have been together for a couple of years and share four children.
