Empire builder King Kaka is at the Cannes Film Festival.
The +254 rapper stayed at the Le Majestic Barriere Hotel & Spa on the Croisette and has been mingling with the high and mighty of the film industry since his arrival in the seaside town.
Once a rabbit seller, the UNICEF Kenya advocate took to Instagram to share his special moment on the Cannes red carpet. He captioned the post, “A Kenyan in Cannes. History is made. First Kenyan musician to grace the red carpet in 72years.” Dressed in a white tuxedo, he kept it Kenyan with an ankara bowtie and pocket square to top the elegant look.
