The April issue boasts of a well written piece about Kipchoge by a Brooklyn based writer Knox Robinson and stunning pictures of the father of three at the Global Sports Communication Training Camp in Kaptagat.

The article explores Kipchoge’s world and how he ran a marathon in under two hours in October 2019, in Vienna, Austria, as reported by The Sauce.

The writer tackles everything from Kipchoge’s history, training schedule, mindset and squashes the thoughts that the Nike shoes that the marathon runner wore during the Ineos 1:59 challenge gave him an unfair advantage.
“But amid all the talk about pacers and Alphaflys, it was easy to forget what it was that got Kipchoge into the ballpark of two hours in the first place: spending six days a week for nearly two decades in his camp’s monastic seclusion, ” writes Robinson.
