Rapper Khaligraph Jones is clearly not a Valentine’s kind of man.
The OG, Brian Omollo has released a new song titled “Beat It” this Valentine morning (14.02.19) and he is not mincing his words when he seemingly claps back at his ex-girlfriend Cashy. The song which is off his 2018 album ‘Testimony 1990’ is a heavy hitting jam full of curse words by a very angry Papa Jones.
In the song, the “Mazishi” hitmaker says the person he dated she cheated on him with old men ‘sponsors’ and was with him only for the fame as she entertained other guys. He goes on to say that the lady thought he was desperate, he was a fool, that it was his time to shine and he would teach her a lesson not to mess with the OG.
In an interview in December 2018, Khaligraph Jones denied that the song “Beat It” was dedicated to Cashy because the song was written and the concept of the video was developed two years ago before this break up with the now mother of one.
The release of the visuals comes in light of accusations from his ex bae Karimi Muriungi aka Cashy who revealed that she was the one who broke up with the award-winning rapper and that he was physically and emotionally abusive as well as he had ‘sponsors’. She also sought to reintroduce herself in the music industry with her new song titled “Naitwa Cashy”.
During a recent interview with The Sauce, the soon to be father denied knowing Cashy saying that he had ‘amnesia’ and that he was not fazed about Cashy’s accusations and her new song that was released recently.
In 2016, the couple who had dated for five years released a collabo called “Mi Casa SuCasa” which is Spanish for My home, is your home.
